ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
• Ability to do market research to scout for new business opportunities across various sectors requiring Electronic manufacturing services.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Plan and visit prospective customers and work towards business conversion
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Regular update management with BD progress
• Able to plan and manage RFQs with costing team with strong leadership, team lead skills
• Meet customer target dates on RFQs and work towards better quote to order conversion
• Scout for relevant Govt tenders, get quotes from team submit on time
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature
• Online updates/ promotion over media sites like LinkedIn, facebook etc.
• Follow up for payment receivable from customers
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- • Bachelor’s Degree/ BBA/ MBA -Marketing with min. 4-5 years’ experience

• Proven working experience as a lead BD/ S&M roles
• Proven sales track record
• Good market network
• Good business sense
• A deep understanding of marketing principles
• Good communication skills with better Sales pitch
